    Exclamation D2 roof rack mount bracket

    I'm just wondering anyone out there have design or made their own roof rack? I'm intended to get my mate to weld me a aluminium roof top tent rack which I have design with CAD. If I can buy the mounting bracket only, that would make my life so much easier. Any idea please are welcome.

    For what its worth, my TJM 1/2 length version has a continuous bottom rail either side that sits in the gutter. Strikes me as being much stronger/spreads the load well and better than those simple/nut very wide clamp versions like surf racks. should work very well with aluminium and robber protection.

    Talking roof racks

    I also have a TJM full stepped down rack it has long rails that sit inside the gutter spreading the total weight over a large area a great idea

    I also have / had (as its now just sitting in the shed)a full length tjm alloy stepdown that is now level and the full length gutter rail bars are the go...

    Hi im looking at getting a full length roof rack and the saftey devices is about the best I can find. Looked at the TJM version and its like 200 bucks cheaper but 1800 is a lot of money for a roof rack will defanatly get a saftey devices one.
