As I stated in my earlier post, if the vehicle is manufactured before 07 the speedo can read slow. ADR says + or - 10%. This means it can read 10% slower than what you are doing.

no brown envelops everything 100% above board. cost me around 5 k but could have saved around 1-2k if I would have used the more progressive engineer in Orange from the start.
unavoidable cost:
lane change and break test $1600
speedo correction between $350-500
engineering fees between $500-$1500
can not recommend him high enough absolute car enthusiast has several LR, does know his stuff and is willing to work with you as long as it's save
