You only need to fix the prop because you used it to do the CDL mod.

MY1999 starts October 1998 so it is possible to have a 1998 build D2, but I'm not sure any came to Aus.

Don't read to much into my attachment - it was the first blue wire I came across while checking RAVE on my phone while walking to work. It's more an illustration of RAVE content than a definite answer.

it is definetly a D2 - 1998 must be the first year of the d2... either that or my rego papers are wrong .

the ecu in question is right by the drivers side foot well , to the right of the pedals... removing a peice of plastic trim reveals it.

Will try disconnecting it completely to see what happens. Im suprised a fuse doesnt blow when it's switched on!

In RAVE there's only 2 blue wires listed. One is for one of the coils, another for the RH Front O2 sensor.
