    I used 2 cans of degreaser and the aforementioned Gerni.
    Of course I looked like a B&W Minstrel afterwards except for the white lipstick.

    I'd still use MAF cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean the MAP sensor. And don't go poking things into the holes in the sensor body.

    Acetone seemed to be more effective at shifting the muck than degreaser for me. ymmv.
