Thread: Rear door won't lock TD5

Seems to be quite a few posts about being unable to open rear doors, but cannot seem to find one about a rear door that won't lock. Followed instructions on cleaning out the rear lock which was successful after it would not open, but now the rear door will not lock using the central locking system. Very embarressing when I forget and the door opens and the alarm goes off. Anyone any ideas on what part I need?

It will most likely be hat the lock actuator has failed , common problem you will need to replace the lock assembly as they are a complete unit cheers ken
