I would think that dimensions and pictures will be pretty well available on the net. Most ebay radiators show dimensions and pictures.
I'm assuming if you're talking about an intercooler you've got the diesel TD5 in there, not the V8?
Hi Guys
I'm looking at options for fitting a decent intercooler into the front of my RRC. I'm wondering if D2 factory or D2 aftermarket upgrade items will fit the bill.
I'm looking for photos of the factory intercooler and radiator out of the vehicle along with some measurements. Just core size (wxhxl) and overall would be excellent.
Photos of them in showing the hose location compared to battery trays etc would be helpful too.
Thanks in advance.

A few pics on the net, but measurements are vague. At lease here if someone offers measurements I can check which part they measured to.
4BD1T. But with no body lift there is no easy way to get intercooler pipes through. Current radiator is ~80% through it's life so looking to match up a completely new radiator with intercooler and if needed change the AC condensor too.
I've got a radiator and D2 intercooler out of the vehicle, will see what I can do tonight

Nevermind. I think I've found the holy grail.

What kind of money for that radiator?
I need to replace mine at the moment and am looking at a full alloy one from PWR.
I just need to work out the difference between the TD5 and V8 radiators...
