    Need more info.

    Year of vehicle.
Whether Low range selector has the diff lock option from factory or retrofitted.
The lights come on when you brake, do they ever clear?

If the centre diff lock light comes on then don't drive it on tar.

Sounds like a computer error. Someone will be nearby with a Nanocom, that'll be the easiest way to identify the problem. It may even just mean clearing the errors.

Quick thought... Are ALL your tail lights, brake lights and reverse lights working?

From my experience sounds like you have a blown brake light fuse. Located under the steering wheel fuse box. Can't remember what fuse number it is but know from experience that diff lock light comes on when brakes pressed when the brake light fuse is blown. Hope this helps.

Yeah i've had this happen on my Td5 too. Engage Center Diff Lock (Factory CDL) no lights, turn vehicle off and then on again while CDL engaged and ABS/TC lights come one. Disengage CDL with vehicle off and start up again, no lights!

Guess i'd better check my tail lights then.
