V8 head gaskets only have coolant passages at the extreme front or back of the head. If the leak is at the last head bolt or around the back it's most likely a gasket leak. If it was leaking anywhere in the middle of either side it would be a cracked head or block. You should do both head gaskets, new head bolts or ARP head studs preferably, and basically any other gaskets in a VRS kit. A single day's job if you're competent on the tools.
