Usually rotor knock out. Ie rotors need skimming because they are warped. .. Are all the brake bolts tightened to spec?
Getting a shake through the steering wheel under braking, lift foot shake stops, have new rotors all around and pads up front, have also reduce vac pressure and slightly hard pedal sometimes... will replace booster. What would the shake under brake be?

Were the hubs cleaned and wire brushed prior to fitting the new rotors.
The smallest deposit of muck caught between the rotor and hub can cause this.

Rotors are spankers, they are drilled and slotted, they were brushed to get the protective coating off, Bolts should have been tightened to spec, will check. Front pads were also new. Have had a lot of problems with braking system.
Hi Andy, I would also check your tie rods for slackness.
Also remove the front wheels and put the back wheels on front, if it does the same then that eliminates wheel & tyres.
Also check your ball joints.

Wheel nuts all torqued to spec?
Even though rotors are new check for run out. Primitive way is to take wheel off and putting something against rubbing surface of rotor at right angles- eg metal ruler sitting on a milk crate with something to hold it down on crate end, like a spanner. Spin rotor - ruler shouldn't have a gap or move back.
Interesting we have the same thing, ours is when braking from 100 and it comes in just above 80 and goes completely just under 80 ???? I have replaced all rotors and pads, have checked the front end 3 times everything is tight nothing is lose or movement, ive pulled the brakes apart twice and checked it all is working and no uneven ware. Iam dumfounded and will be taking it to the mechanic soon as I can not think of anything else![]()
