I used the outlet here in Cambelfield (VIC). Have a look on their website for locations around Oz.

Does make a big difference. After I replaced the viscous fan bearing and tensioner pulley it was like the engine sounded new again.

I have a new issue now got majorly stuck in the paddock due to the centre diff lock not engaging. I use it in 4wd fairly often and the last time it was fine, time before it did the same not engaging Centre diff lock. Then before that I nevrr experienced any issues. the lever moves but is like it bounces off the high/low bits. High/ low works fine on the open centre diff function. Well low was abit temperamental. but moving lever over to engage and select either high or low range was not working. Just like it was stuck in neutral. I believe it has had the diff lock lever fitted out of factory as it is 2000 model. But im not sure if is a linkage issue, actuator or even a vaccum leak? I do not actually know the inner workings of how these engage? Ill be googling and looking through RAVE manual tomorrow. But this is amost frustrating problem disco let me down tonight

    Is the lever stiff?

Does the CDL lights come on the dash?
