			Pressurised air pipe popping off

Okay, so anyone with ideas on how to fix this?

I've got oil entering my air intake line from the Crank case Breather, and is oiling up my entire air intake.

Problem is that when the air is pressurized the Silicone Pipes pop off the Inter cooler, Turbo, Intake Manifold, Anywhere along the pressured line and boy doesn't the theory of fuel economy go out the window when that happens. However my main conserne is dust and dirt entering the engine when this happens.

So has this happened to anyone else before, and any idea's on fixing it.

p.s. I have replaced all the clamps in the hope they will be tighter and not slip off...

			Boost

Can you see how much boost you are generating
To blow pipes off it will be to high so wastegate issues.

You should get a little pressure from the breather
but not heaps if you have a lot of pressure coming out of
breather compressd gas is passing the rings worn engine
 or too much boost.

I would rig up a boost gauge or run live data on a tester to see
 what boost pressure you have.

silicon hoses are by nature slippery add oil??,I had to get better clamps when i had the 200 motor,Just the natural movement in the engine mounts etc will make them move.

As suggested new clamps and a clean is where I'd start.
If you want to stop the oil from the breather entering the system a Provent system will help.
Do a search in the bottom left box for it, there is a few threads on them.
