Power steering groan to the left

Well I have an interesting groan in my steering and it is only when I am parking and turning to the left. I have flushed the fluid using the proper cool climate fluid from the stealer.
    Any idea? Cheers

Thanks Scouse but mine is groaning from centre to left lock. I do have a very slow leak from some where so maybe fixing that will stop the grown. Previous owner did ball joints so they are only 25000km old.

imo it's due to internal wear of the steering box, mine did it to the right side, but mine is LH drive, always the effort to turn the wheel stationary is a bit greater to the opposite side of the steering wheel, it stopped for a short time (about 20000 km) after i put a Bardahl Power Steering Additive in it but when it started again i replaced the box with a bran' new adwest one(i thought it's not a huge investment for the next 10 years as that's how long the other one lased), IMO the gist is this part of the description

I have the same thing, when turning left at full lock. Its not very loud but I can definitely hear a slight groan.
I have a slight leak from my power steering pump also. I havent really been concerned about the noise, as its pretty soft. And the leak is so slow I am not even bothering with replacing the pump, although it would be good to know if the leak had anything to do with the noise.
