I know you know much more than I in these matters, but I can't help thinking with a torque value of 25 NM/ 18 lb ft , it would be very easy to stress the manifold bolts, especially if not tightened in the right sequence. Do you think it possible? Bob

    Hi Bob

When you check the torque of the nuts, do you just torque it up, or do you back the nut off first?

Back off, torque to torque value. Bob
