EGR cooler lines
Hi all,
First post in a long while, but have been reading a lot of the discussion. I recently removed the EGR cooler off the front of the block, I have had the EGR disconnected from working for a while. I went to the trouble off reconnecting the coolant hoses so they are still connected between the oil cooler and the expansion tank but I have since read of some who have just blanked them off, is this ok to do, according to RAVE, in the oil cooler description it says coolant is supplied to it via these hoses but in the engine coolant section it shows coolant flowing out off the oil cooler, which is it and dose it matter?? - sorry if this sounds confusing
Cheers bobkins

I blanked my oil cooler off 8 months ago or so and no problems. Even runs 2 degree cooler.
Some coolant flows out of the oil cooler outlet to the egr cooler or pre EU3 engines to the fuel cooler.
Rare Spares Water Cap - 3/4" Pair, WC34B - Supercheap Auto Australia
And blank the connection on the exp tank
