Camber: Correct -non adjustable.
Your issue may be worn swivel/ball joints. The wheel alignment mob should have checked these to confirm this wasn't the problem. Otherwise you may have a bent front axle housing.
There is no kit to correct this (assuming it isn't the ball joints)
Some specialists can straighten a housing depending on the actual cause.
Intercoolers: plenty of threads. AliSport, Alive tuning (serk motorsport)are generally popular offering a quality unit at a good price. Paddock Spares are selling the earlier model Serk unit (Alive Tuning) for reasonable dollars.ASE are an Australian co making a quality product (Tombie was distributing these a while back) The Aussie distributors generally have nothing to compete with, offering the same brands with a hefty mark up. A quick internet search will bring up the local sellers who are interested in your business and those who hope you'll give them your cash.
A later model D2A cooler is considerably bigger than the original D2 unit and can be had for around 1 to 2 hundred dollars 2nd hand and offers a significant improvement in performance.
As yours is an Auto, you will have no choice to have the smaller of the upgrade units offered, which is only marginally larger than the D2a capacity.
Of course if you want to do extensive mods, anything is possible.
Auto trans- around the 250 to 300 km is a the point where most reported issues are happening, but I wouldn't be doing anything other than regular servicing until it shows signs of abnormal behaviour.
The noise at 2500 could be the flexplate, handbrake, or heatshield. So best to know what it is before stressing too much.
If the Auto needs a rebuild, there are at least 2 ZF specialists in Adelaide. A heavier Torque converter modified from a V8 to fit the TD5 with a lower stall RPM is an option to consider if and when the Transmission needs some attention.
Ashcroft Transmissions in the UK can supply you a Transmission and upgrade Torque Converter also.
Type in HD Torque Converter and Aschcroft Auto for a swag of threads and reading.
