    Fault Codes Driving Me Crazy!!

Hi Guys, It's been a while since my last post as my V8 disco has been running smicko! Until now

I was getting fault codes for the MAF & oxygen sensors (P0130, p0134 & P0103 from memory) so thought it's been a couple of years(!) so treated her to a new MAF and two new Oxy sensors. I went down the line of holden VS sensors and did the crimp connector trick and even cut out the land rover plug as it looked a bit dodgy and now I'm stuck with-

P0130 - Lambda sensor upstream catalyst bank 1 Drive cycle C:Signal implausible.

P0155 - Oxy Sensor Heater Upstream Cat bank 2 Drive cycle C:Signal out of range.

P0171 - Mixture adaption factor FRA bank 1 Drive cycle C:Signal out of range

Any suggestions? Please help, I'm sick of pulling them in & out just to be sure every arvo!!

I've also checked for leaks after the MAF & Exhaust.

    Thanks in Advance.. Ted2910.

    I presume you have a D2 Motronic V8.
I have fitted universal sensors to a Motronic BMW M3 with no problems so if the wiring is correct ther should be no problem.

I guess I would double check you have the correct wires connected by once again consulting the car wiring diagram and the wring codes on the sensors. Some sensors have different wiring colours to others.
This site has some good stuff including wiring codes.

    Universal Lambda Sensors from Lambdapower

It also recommends a Bosch UNI5 sensor saying that it is suitable for fussy European cars eg BMW, etc., which would include Land Rover.
    Regards Philip A
