Get FPR off of engine (the fun part), remove circlip from regulator, guide regulator out, clean FPR and refit new unit with rubber grease on prints, refit circlip and then refit with new o'ring and gasket.

I cheated needed to clean the manifold anyway.

So why say high pressure FPR at 60 PSI?
I would think 2PSI would be well within error .

    Because High/low is relative...

60psi can do you some serious damage!

Tombie - Where'd you find the best place to get the VW unit and what LR specific bits did you need to get hold of to finish the job?

eBay for the regulator and Roverlord for the gasket (got him to chuck in the oring as well in case I cant find my box of goodies).

I have (somewhere in the abyss called my workshop) the entire selection of orings to reseal everything across a TD5... Including the FPR.
