    Coolant

I have to get some coolant for my TDI5 and in the tank it looks green, and it says in book it should be a Ethylene Glycol base Antifreeze
i go to super cheap on line put in my land rover and it says the Nulon and its red or orange by the look of it , just want to make sure its ok to use that ,or if United make one for the discovery that would be better thy are just up the road
    thanks

The correct coolant for a Td5 is the red/orange colored OAT type, like the reccomended Nulon .... OAT = Organic Acid Technology (whatever!!) ...

Green Glycol based coolant is NOT the correct coolant for a Td5 .... others will dissagree, others run Green with success ...

Spec' is OAT ... I use OAT.

If your going to change make sure you flush ALL the green out before changing .... OAT & Green Glycol do NOT play well together !!
