So should I look at how this BCU is programmed with regards to Courtesy Lights thru the Nanocom?

No, you cant alter interior courtesy light settings cos they are set by factory... i have doubts that it's your problem, just watch them few days as they fade away after you locked the car before you blame the BCU... did you rule out that volumetric alarm thing?

    Sierra,
I did try the Volumetric Alarm Test and the alarm went off normally when I put my arm thru the open window.

I also had a look at the BCU thru the Nanocom, but not sure what I was looking for, certainly no faults or anything that looks strange in the settings or elsewhere.

I'll keep an eye on the courtesy light fade then, see how it goes, thanks so much for taking an interest.

    regards
    Nomad
