This is why I think it is over boosting ImageUploadedByTapatalk1436854177.355566.jpg

Seems to come and go now. I just cleared this fault as it had stopped while my wife I having a drive.

Then the next hill a 2800ish revs boost dropped from 1.28 to 0.0 momentarily.

I have removed the vac controller on the wastegate and the wastegate is moving very freely.

No EGR and silicone hoses as well.

The EGR stuff is still registering. Is this normal?

is the EGR modulator unplugged?, if not unplug it and protect the connector from touching earth... nanocom is reading the ECM outputs which are there regardless of the bypass so no worries about that

can't you record a fueling inputs log from a longer dive and post it here? the MAP sensor you've tried was 100% good one?

even if you tried with new MAF make a test with it unplugged too just to rule out an overreading which can be caused by the alternator, see the battery voltage when the symptom occurs

For some reason I get a SD card error when I try to save something I think I need to reformat the card.

I'll check the EGR modulator I think it I disconnected it as it was buzzing.

Using 19 ltr / 100 a bit nasty. Full roof rack as well as camper wouldn't be helping that.

The wastegate (pressure, not vacuum) can still stick even if it seems to be moving freely when the the pressure actuator is removed.

Best way to definitively test is to connect a bike pump to the pressure hose to the actuator and slowly pump up some pressure. It should start to move soon into the push of the pump.

I flipped my actuator upside down as it solved the sticking problem in mine.

If not already done, check that the waste-gate moves freely whilst the actuator is disconnected.
