    I didn't bother putting the screw back in as I figure the wheel holds the disc hub a whole lot more than that little screw. I also aligned the hole in the disco 180 degrees from the threaded hole in the hub just incase that little hole caused an unbalance.

    Only time it may bite you is when/if you need to change the wheel in muddy/sandy conditions.. At that stage you may get some contamination behind the rotor as it will move away from the hub a little.
