I'm getting about 650km to a tank filled to the brim. I know I have a leaking exhaust manifold so here's hoping fixing that improves my fuel economy.
Recently filled up 94Ls
Currently chipped, bullbar, full length roof rack and running 265s. EGR still attached too.
Just found out I got 837 from a full to the brim tank, I know there was at least 102 litres in there, ran out in my gateway. Lucky it's all down hill from there.
Mainly hills driving, some windy back roads some freeway.

I get 12.5 litres per 100kms. (approx. 750km and 94lts) With a roof rack, roof top tent, snorkel, centre muffler removed and a remap. - Factory size tires.
Fully loaded with camping equipment on 265/75 R15 's. 14lt/100kms.
I should also mention my engine was rebuilt approx. 40kms ago with 0.20 thou over size pistons. D2a TD5 AUTO.
Did a run to Unanderra yesterday to drop the Kamper in for its 1st service.
286km there, towing kamper (completely empty with tanks drained) driving like a man on a mission to get there before midday ... F3 at 105-110, across Sydney avoiding toll roads, then south ... 14.73L/100km (calculated range 645km)
288km return home (not towing), same route for return, but a lot more traffic & start stop across sydney, then sitting at 90 on the speedo (95kmhr actual by GPS/Nanocom) back up the F3 ... 10.78L/100km (calculated range 881km)
Gotta be pretty happy with that !
Edit - A/C on both ways for full trip

Going ... going ... almost gone ... GONE !! ... 2004 D2a Td5 Auto "Classic Country" Vienna Green
2014 MUX LST with fruit
2015 Kimberley Kamper "Classic"
I did Margaret River to Albany 360K (not flat) with 255/70 R16s with no load 10.95lt/100kms. The diesel in Albany is 18c a litre cheeper than Margaret River yet further from Perth. That's what comes from living in a tourist town I suppose.
