Auto or Manual ? Does it have the correct TD5 Engine ECU ?
From memory if you use a manual TD5 Engine ECU on an Auto the CC doesn't work. You will get a bunch can bus error messages if you use a auto TD5 ECU on a Manual.
You can't use a manual TD5 engine ECU on Auto at all, only vice-versa, and CAN errors you can get only from the autobox EAT ECU not from the engine ECU... IMO if an ECU is fubar'd in this particular CC issue that's rather the CC ECU... though i'm still not convinced of that untill all the feeds/earths and inputs to the CC ECU are not verified
    Discovery Td5 (2000), manual, tuned

Have you confirmed that CC is actually 'enabled' with your Nanocom?
