air bags fitted looking OK
The air bag man rear bags are fitted, both have about 30 psi in them ( RHS 1 psi more)
The car is down from 199 cm to 194 cm ( measured at the back of the roof), a drop of about 2".. I put the spirit level on the gutter and the gutter is almost level, maybe about 1 cm too low at the back. The car looks better because it's not got the back high , due to the HD rear 2" lift springs. I think about 34 -35 psi will be about right with fuel tank full & lightly loaded. I only had time for a short drive, but it does seem softer riding. and does not top out the shocks over the speed bumps etc. I'll continue this later when I'm working on the solenoids and controls , I probably should in defender forum. But thanks D2 guys for all your good advice. cheers simmo

hose fitting advice for solenoids
Hi guys I'm continuing this post in the defender forum, but have come back for some advice.
my D-2 solenoid blocks (valves), were supplied bare of fittings. I have 3 of them, ( one of them includes the compressor as well
Can you give any advice, about how to connect my hoses? is the thread standard? ( say 1/8" gas or 1/8 NPT etc?), I plan to use 1/4" tube .
does anyone have experience of connecting to the blocks using commercially available fittings?
I also need the small plugs that make the electrical connection, can they be purchased or should I visit the wreckers looking for some? I need 4 of them.
Or is there a small spade connector that will fit on the terminals'thanks if you can offer advice cheers simmo

The standard ones use a olive on 4mm tubing.
I can post a picture tomorrow. I carry a couple of spares.
