    So hopefully you can see 2 pictures above. The olive on the tube with the split is ststandard and the one on its own is the type I've used and works fine. I tried 4mm and 5mm push fit for 4mm tube but neither fitted.

    You might want to invite "clubagreenie"? He knows about this kind of stuff.

    Smile air bag man and disco 2 solenoid block

    Thanks to Joel and the other disco 2 air suspension gurus. Its been a long time but I finally connected up the compressor and vale unit and the controls. The Wabco compressor, works well and as Joel advised , no tank, it pumps the low pressure bags up quickly.
    Compressor is under the seat on the LHS rear passenger, good access for maintenance, but I need to find another place for my beach umbrella

    Only one problem, she wont go down , work in progress.

    cheers

    Simmo.

    Rear Air bag in cabin controls working, ride heights.

    I put a 4 diodes in to improve the logic of the airbag controls, so it goes down now. .
    My car has a used standard compressor & solenoid block etc, from a disco 2, a good one from MR automotive. (one pair of solenoids and a dump valve)
    on the car;

    Both sides can be raised individually or together, by the rocker switches.
    Both sides can only be lowered together, ( either or both rocker switches.)

    The car will raise 40 mm each 10 seconds, final test height 2000 mm to the roof at the back, from just sitting on the bump stops at 1880 mm, to 2000 mm in 30 seconds), going down is a little slower, I think because of the small pipes used by LR.
    When I hold the rocker switches in the up position the car seems to come up fairly level,, and goes down level OK. my normal ride height for around town is about 1980 mm. Pretty happy with the result, and its nearly all landrover bits.

    cheers simmo
