Installing aftermarket parking sensors. Couple of Q

So, since I broke two parking sensors, I am installing an aftermarket kit.

    Got two questions:

1 - How to disable the original parking aid system?

2 - What's the best way to pass the cord from the rear bumper to the dash visor?

    Thanks

1 I would pull the fuse and disconnect the harness inside the cab near the lh tail light

2 why not use a wireless version , otherwise feed it through where the factory unit runs

The wireless ones I've seen on ebay need 12v from the car, so keep you colud keep the fuze in and use the same leads to power the wireless one.

Hmm I might get this for mine, or a reversing camera.

I use a reverse camera. I've got the camera mounted inside under the centre brake light on the rear door. It works great, if you do this be sure to run the wire down the drivers side (hinge side) i forgot

    Thanks guys.

I ordered one without the display, only the buzzer so no need to wire it to the dash. And it will look more oem
