As long as the fluid is circulating well in the tank at idle the most common problem is with the pressure transducer but the certain way to find out would be to read the stored fault code
Hi There,
When I go on a longish trip locally, say about 150 klms ish the little car symbol with the two arrows lights up, the ACE system I believe. stop the vehicle, turn back on and the light has disappeared.
Fluid level is good, and I have checked the filter / cleaned it in the valve block under the drivers side. Any ideas?
Any assistance rendered gratefully received.
Cheers Marty

Hi Sierrafery,
Definitely some circulation going on at idle, lotsa action there. There is a transducer on Ebay, a second hand one, I'll give that a shot see if it makes a difference, the transducer I am aiming at is on the valve block under the drivers seal on the engine side of the valve block.
For some reason my Faultmate isn't picking up the ACE, something I have to take up with BlackBox.
Cheers Marty.
Mine does this about once a year. Generally on a hot day. Strange.
Hi There,
Identical, usually a hot day and or on a long trip. Usual running around and during spring autumn and winter fine.
