    change bellhousing auto td5

    Any tips on changing bell housing on auto td5?Is the oil pump behind the housing and will changing it affect the pump? Also any tips on changing box in general. Pulled out a box using 2 trolley jacks and was a pain.Any hints on this will be welcome.

    Chain around trans and ratchet straps threw the trans tunnel helps. Set up beam in the cab to attach the the strap to.

    No affect on oil pump changing the bell housing but watch that gasket it will tear easy if pump moves
    disco seriesII mods so far:-bullbar,hyd winch,
    detriot locker,lsd front,C.D.L kit,chipped and bigger intercooler,2" lift,rock sliders, lsd in transfer case, modified auto trans.
