    On the extra 10 litre fuel thing
    A mate does it too
    My concern is , in the warmer weather is there a problem with capacity for expansion
    Has anyone had split tanks or fuel lines from doing it ?

    No concerns. Usually filling up on the way out to somewhere and the fuel level never stays brimmed for long. 20km and you've used 2-3L already.
