Towed a Tandem 400 k`s return to pick up a Swb S111 . Only used half a tank of diesel . Now i have a new project;)
It went to a clearing sale towing my 8x5 tandem and towed home some goodies :D
Sent from my SM-G900I using AULRO mobile app
Trans oil cooler weeping off to get welded so while waiting finally wired and mounted boost and egt gaugeAttachment 107195
Found the reason for the slow upward climb of the coolant temp of the past 2mths ........Dang drated viscus unit is calling it quits :( This 3 days after the Deefers went the same way! Knew it was a bad idea parking them side by side..........
Cheers Scott
Driven to work and back today. Worked as normal, didn't leak anything. I'm all good with that. There is something about driving it that I really love.
Towed the van for two hours up the road. Sat on 88deg at 100kph.
Installed the dash pod, winch switches, light switch and my boost/pyro gauge. Works good but I need to get a new boost modulator as I'm only getting 12PSI boost with it bypassed...
I removed the rear internal cabin light (When I put a globe in, the fuse blows and takes out the radio as well) to see if the cables are compromised. I also looked at the underside of the grommet/plug that's in the roof, all good no sign of corrosion. I still don't understand why the fuse would blow. as the current is going to earth when the globe is in
Cheers all
