Had a **** day at work but that's made me smile [emoji23]

I put these globes in mine last week to boost the light a bit. Havent tested at night yet to see how much brighter they are but original ones were really dull [emoji1787] The new spotlights are daylight though [emoji23][emoji23] https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...8225ad5220.jpg

D2 lights with good globes and decent wiring will outperform D2a lights (for light performance/vision).

For looks the D2a are visually more appealing.

Awesome, thanks Tombie. I was wondering if I should convert, but I have a traxide loom and might just stick the upgrade globes back in again. It’s a shocker with standard globes.

Are the IPF Fatboys still a thing a thing and available? Used to have them on my old 4Runner and they produced a fantastic light output especially combined with my cibie oscar SC driving lights. [thumbsupbig]

still got the cibies must get the traxide loom and fit them up along with decent globes. Those Osrams sound like the goods. Hopefully with a decent loom they will be very good. Found I am needing the light more now that I am in QLD. winter sux it’s dark for so long compared to the NT and find I am driving in the dark more here.

where about did you mount your relays Slunnie from the traxide kit?
want to try and my D2 wiring nice and neat And I don’t have a lot of room left under the bonnet. [bighmmm]
