Totally, at 30+psi you've really got to make it flow. Are there better flowing cams available for the TD5 also. What are you doing for a turbo at those boost levels? I love where you're heading with the engines development, it's pretty cool stuff!Quote:

Yeah td5inside are testing cams and other bits to get to 300hp,
I use td5inside hybrid turbo for that boost and has plenty more in it,
To run such high boost I have a full size allisport intercooler and manifold and silicon boost hosesQuote:

I looked at the TD5, inlet opens 14degrees BTDC closes 147degrees ATDC
Exhaust opens 147degrees BTDC and closes 14degrees ATDC
What could you change? Increase valve lift. Close the exhaust sooner?

Axles are unsurprisingly good condition for a vehicle with a high output tune and 33s for 21 years.
