Took my youngest lad for a spin in the D2. He changes gears just right for the manual box. Very smooth and with vehicle sympathy. He is looking to get a good D2 V8 soon so driving mine for the first time in a while made him even more keen. As he says the V8 sounds good. He is the king of understatement so this is high praise. Having removed the head liner to repair and reline, I am also replacing the crappy aerial. (and eventually the stereo)
Note the coaxial has pulled out of the junction…same on both sides, factory special…
New aerial will mount into the roof rear GPS aerial blank. New aerial requires power being DAB compatible.
Question is can I use that red blue wire as the power source… anyone know if it will work?
