						Pulled the passenger side idler off - siezed on me while car was idling. It stalled the TD5, and prevented it from turning over. Waiting for a new one to arrive.

Upgrade compressor wheel;
cnc machined compressor housing;
turbine cuting to reduce egt's and backpressure;
turbine housing machined to reduce back pressure;
anodised mfs compressor wheel with special treatment to make it more resistent to impuritys not filtered by the air filter.
VSR 270.000 rpm's balanced;

Getting closer to CDL in the D2

Nice. CDL ist gut!
I put 50/50 Nulon 5 year 750,000k HAT coolant in today after running water for a month after head gaskets. It has been running beautifully with zero water loss and very cool with inline top hose stat. I have left the inline in place because it's just too good running...
Also tidied up rear tow bar.

joint snapped - at transferbox side, in about 100km/h - following propshaft frenzy plunging a hole in the auto gearbox, and ruined transferbox, wated abs wires, ventilation hoses.. among other things..
is there a CV joint upgrade ? ....
