    Dinged the Disco

Well the rear quarter panel and the bumper are damaged. The rear quarter panel looks like it is held in by 6 screws. Surely it can't be that easy to replace? Or are good panels hard to come by.
Any one know of wreckers in Vic,

    Thanks

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

    Its glued and screwed.

Takes a few hours to get out. No biggie actually.

Need to pull the interior trim in the rear out.

This is one thing I like about the Disco, rear quarter panels came be replaced with out going to panel beaters etc......

I did one in a wreckers in Brisbane.

Took about 5 hours. From taking the one of the wreck and mine. This putting the wrecks panel on mine.

    Beyond my skill level

The cost of the rear bumper, is more than my excess, so off to the repair shop it goes.

If you do find the need for a panel you can get them from Discovery Spares in Ringwood. You can even get it with the correct paint colour.
Ph. 03 98700542. Ask for Mark or Phil.
    Good luck Nick.

Try and support Ken aka OUTBACK1 on this site, he is a vendor that supports this site. He wrecks only D2s and should have a good price.
    Cheers, Mario

I would recommend Outback 1 as well. I knew he use to have a few rear quarter panels - he would be able to give you advice about replacing them as well.
Ken is easy to deal with.

It doesn't take much for them to write off a vehicle, so watch out.
