    Firstly I would ditch the 18's and go for 16's. Mine had 18's when I purchased it.
    Very first thing I did was sourced a set of 16 inch wheels.

    I then purchased a set of 265 75 16 Goodyear Duratracs. I absolutely love these tyres.

    I also have a two inch lift.
