    JUST HIT A ROO, Nasty!

 My pride and joy met a roo earlier tonight, roo 1 brand new bumper headlight and front guard 0.
    hmmm! Not happy at all....
Does anybody know if there is any other Roo Bar off any other vehicle is able to be fitted to a Discovery 2?
After $950 for the just destroyed bumper the cost of another or a purpose built Bull / Roo Bar ($1700+) is now unaffordable to say the least. We are able to repair the panel damage and have a spare headlight & blinker but we are just a bit short on bumpers and Bull Bars of any sort or condition..

Any assistance or information would be great,
    Shirl & Ainsley.....

There are 2 members who wreck D2s.
How about placing a wanted add in the markets, you never know who has what lurking in their sheds!!!!!
It has to be a D2 spec bar to meet ADR rules.
My baby is going in for roo repairs next week, thankfully my bar and wheel took most of the impact.

Shirley, Are you not able to claim it under insurance?
As L.A said it needs to be D2 compliant due to the airbags

    Front Bar or alternative......

    Hi Mario,
Can't afford to be too specific with bars at the moment darls.
Just had the VANOS gears changed on the L322 which cost $1500.00, the Blue Slip and Rego on the spare Disco and a new differential for $2000.00 roughly and then Ainsley hit the Kangaroo in the gold D2 coming back from shopping tonight.
It took out the O/S Guard, Indicator and Headlight as well as the NEW bumper bar we put on it 3 months ago.
I'm definitely not the person to share a lottery syndicate with, hey?
I sold the P38 about a month ago and all of the income from that went south real FAST >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> So I'm about $2k in the hole and out of a job.

I do have a lot of luck but it's usually all bad!
    Cheers,
    Shirley....
