    Bottom turbo hose?

    On my TD5 the bottom turbo hose has cut in it , 5cmx10cm , what is the code number for it, so i can order a new one, and can thy be bought off the shelf

    Id replace it with a silicon set which should be available from any good L/R parts supplier

    Whats the advantage of silicone over the normal rubber one

    With silicone is quite unlikely to see that kind of crack again

    Search for the delaminating issue that occurs with the standard hoses over time.

    If you go silicon, use some emery paper on the inside and outside where the clamp will fit and use a proper clamp, they have a tendency to slip off.
