Does anyone know the thread size for the grease nipple in the front driveshaft slide joint and is there any reason that the nipple can't be left in place so I don't lose the next one ?.

It is M6 and they are all the same. Mine is in there all the time.
if you have a lift or longer travel shocks, might pay to check the nipple wont be torn out by the front cross member on full extension
