F'rinstance most people would have no idea that the understeer/overseer transition is fairly rapid thanks to the short wheel base but the slide is nicely controllable Finally, a D2 with good brakes: EBC DBA

Agreed on the slots. That's why all of mine are... and not having to worry about that heart in mouth moment when you get a cushion of water on cold discs and go the big pedal and have a hard, dead pedal and little retardation for quite a few revolutions until it squeezes out. Never happens with slots.

Also... try an even shorter wheelbase RRS instead. I was really surprised how benign it was and controllable. Like leisurely drifting your lounge room. And it'd allow it without intervention, as long as you kept it reasonably tidy and smooth. Good job LR

No my rears on my D2a are slotted (half moons) DBA rotors But Yez they are solids.
Considering that most of the breaking effort is done by the front brakes the setup works well.

Yeah, I didn't mean to. I try hard not to make a habit of drifting near 3t of Rangie Sport. Had just rained, I was a bit distracted, and I overdid it a bit. Was just very surprised how much it didn't try and kill me. So benign and controllable. Especially since it was a roundabout and I had to throw it the other way for bonus points. Only the mildest Scando-flick

But brakes with or without slots or straight or pawed vanes and pad choice didn't feature so perhaps getting a bit OT...
