    CDL options

    Hi guys!

    Probably a silly question but my search function doesn't seem to be finding anything when I search "CDL" or "Centre Diff Lock" but was wondering what options I have open to me.

    My current situation is that I own a D2 with no cdl components what so ever CDL optionsCDL options

    Any help with this would be heaps appreciated!

    Your probably using the search function located at the top right hand corner of the page. Try scrolling to the bottom of the page and then use the search function located at the bottom left hand corner of the page - "Search AULRO.com ONLY!".

    You will get a much better result.

    Another option is put in a LSD center,
    disco seriesII mods so far:-bullbar,hyd winch,
    detriot locker,lsd front,C.D.L kit,chipped and bigger intercooler,2" lift,rock sliders, lsd in transfer case, modified auto trans.

    Have you had personal experience in doing this?

    I've currently got set in mind to save for a Ashcroft cdl update kit and am undecided on an actuator/activation method.

    Looking forward to reading your response.

    I thought this post had died off and have a build thread going with this topic discussed in it too.

    I cannot speak for the Ashcroft ATB LT230 CDL, however their rear diff ATB works a ripper!

    ...... as for activation methods i went with an air ram actuator out of the USA and from CM-Manufacturing.

    So Far So Good, It has been good on wet roads before fitting the back wheels would slip and traction control comes on now this does not happen plant boot and go, have not tried it off road yet been to busy at work but am keen to get out that I am back in Sydney for next couple of years.

    Ps. Sorry I see you have LSD not locking centre diff.
