    Fuel cap stuff

    Hi guys,

    At purchase my fuel cap never closed properly.

    I've finally gotten around to buying the little black plastic bit but as I e never seen ho it should look and the item camenwith no instructions, can someone post a picture to help me out?

    What I have is below

    My impatience broke the backing of the clip but she is on now!



    You can see here hat the back is broken.

    The secret to fitting these is to boil the kettle and soak the plastic for a few seconds in boiling water to "Soften" it.
    This way you won't snap the little lugs that hold it in place

    Now that I'm armed with this knowledge, I'm contemplating another $7 investment to do it right.

    Hopefully this helps another forum member in future.
