That in your pic is incomplete... You can see that part at nr 13 here Allbrit.de - Ersatzteile fur LAND ROVER & MG ROVER , description from RAVE:

    Air intake/Exhaust silencer

The air intake/exhaust silencer is located on the outside of the left hand chassis longitudinal, behind the air supply
unit. The silencer is an integral part of the SLS air harness and cannot be serviced individually.
The intake and exhaust air to and from the compressor passes through the silencer. The plastic moulded silencer has
two chambers. One chamber reduces system exhaust noise and the other dampens intake air pulses produced by
    the compressor.

Be aware that the filter is not part of that air harness, it's separate part as you can see nr.9 in the parts link

I've got the filter and coupling but the previous owner just cut/hacked all the lines when removing the sls system, so should only need the harness, new bags and I'll probably get a service kit for the compressor while its out of the car.

    Yeah was thinking that!
I've also just installed a new transfer case with CDL and going to fit a 2003 slabs ecu so will check and change when I fit this and also when I do the air bags.
Just purchased a Nanocom so will be able to check and change settings as required.
