Make sure you wear gloves when handling these as some of the edges can be bloody sharp, ask me how I know [thumbsupbig]

Lets just say i spent maybe 2 hour`s with a file and removed majority of the razor sharp edges .
Also i went over all the bolts and they were all tight.
I took maybe 10mm off the top`s for rear seat and tail gate clearance .
And for the kicker mine is bolted to the floor as there is plenty of clearance either side of the chassis underneath.
Result is i am really impressed with the build quality except for the razor sharp edges .
I have had mine for a while now and the only complaints I have is that the locking mechanism for the fridge slide is useless so I retro fitted a barrel bolt there instead of the flimsy unit provided with the drawers and the plastic handle that is provided to pull the drawers out fell apart on the drivers side so I fitted a couple of steel fold down handles ( 1 for each side) I got from Bunnings and these work a treat.
All up these little Mods cost me about $15 and an hours mucking about So really Not a Big issue and I recommend that these are addressed Before they fail on you ( Which they undoubtedly will)
I have had Zero problems with the rollers or any other part of the drawers and with the tools I carry and the recovery gear I probably have at least 70-80kg in the drawers, Probably more as I have been too lazy to check.
I also usually also have 2x 12v fridges strapped down to the drawers and the fridge slide hasn't given me any grief.
The side wings that came with the drawers don't fit as they weren't designed for my D2a But that is Not a drama as there is heaps of room either side of the drawers to stow away plenty of other gear.
All in all I'm am very pleased with these drawers and they represent Great value for money.
As is usual for information on this site I found this thread invaluable for both making the decision to buy and the process of installation.
I bought a single drawer to keep the load space a bit more flexible (like carrying a bike inside) and installed it on the drivers side.
Just fits - has left a small dent in the rear door card but no rattles this way.
Yes lots of sharp edges but I think only found one nut not fully tightened but seriously happy with the build quality of the drawer especially for the price.
Removed the plastic handle straight away and replaced with a metal Bunnings one but other than that it was good to go and is now full of tools and recovery gear.
