i took delivery of a neighbour's order - he was away and the order came earlier than he specified. The cardboard box was labelled 105 kg. We installed them last week.

Thanks Ron
Sorry but I don't think this is such a good idea. These drawers and their contents could top a couple of hundred kgs. In an accident, I wouldn't like to be relying on some cable ties to stop them coming forward to crush the occupants. Several M8 or larger high tensile bolts would make me feel a lot more secure...
I agree, Fully loaded mine would top 200kg easily.
I have mine secured with turnbuckles at the back that connect to the rear tie downs and at the front of the drawers I have welded a bracket onto the draws that bolts down to where the seats were fixed, Cable ties are great for baiting up crab pots but as an anchoring device for a set or drawers they are pretty useless.
Each cable tie has a strength rating of 250lbs plus I recently added a strap across the back, then there is is issue of the drawers being jammed under the rear seat angle and against the rear door, I think if they break loose the passengers may have greater problems than the contents of my drawers to contend with.
Here are the images as promised of the Titan drawers showing how much room thee is between the drawers and the inside of the truck.
It depends how big your power supply is, It may fit on the right hand side.

In comparison, we went overboard with my neighbour's Colorado - and the drawers are in the tub, not the cabin. [bigwhistle]
We drilled through the bed and bolted the drawers to 1 metre lengths of Unistrut under the bed floor with 10mm high tensile bolts. We put a few dabs of Sikaflex on the back of the Unistrut to hold them in place for the future. He can unbolt the drawers without the Unistrut falling to the ground, remove the drawers, and then reinsert the bolts for security and to plug the holes in the bed.
Well just received my draws so im guessing that is one extra jobby for the weekend[bighmmm]
