Does it still have the EGR? Does it only do it on start up? Hot or cold?

If it's only happening after the car has been sitting a while then perhaps Oil leaking past worn valve guides??

Best way to pick that is to run down a hill, throttle closed, and then open throttle. It's a function of vacuum. Diesels do things slightly differently, but that test still works.

Sorry, is the smoke definitely blue? How many Ks has the car done?

Hadn't noticed it before so I was thinking something has change for it into start.

Could it be the injector Orings or washers?

Checked and not one hint of smoke!!!
When I did start it yesterday I did use the accelerator, and I usually don't when starting. I had my work boots on and at size 12 not much room around the pedals!
Not sure how to load a video but if I work it out I'll post it later
