I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I've got one in my 130, been in about 2 years. Works well and no problems. Took about 45 mins to put in

I've had one for three months now and I really like it. Together with a properly set up bias spring, it really transforms the R380 gearbox from a truck box to a car box and makes shifting much more precise. That's exactly why I put it in.

Good. That's the general thoughts of people in the UK. I'm assuming the secret is getting the gear stick set up in the centre of the new springs, directly into 3rd and fourth, then the rest falls into place. No more replacing the bias plate because the vertical piece breaks off. Win, win.

Pretty much. Firstly, I put the slick shift in and drove it for a week to let it settle in. Then I tried to set up the spring according to the manual and was not completely happy with it. I went to a quiet street with the needed tools ad drove in low range shifting up and down through all five gears fine tuning the spring adjustment.
