Does anyone know how to adjust? I fixed the outside handle by adjusting vertical rod, but the interior handle is just a cable with no adjustment. I have to pull it 2-3 times to open from inside.

SupporterI had the same issue. If you cut a small amount of plastic away from the inside handle backing plate, allowing the handle to 'open more' that should do it as you can't adjust the cable length.

SupporterI had the same problem just before the handle failed altogether, The little white plastic clip that holds the end of the cable in place was the culprit
