    Discovery 2 ECU

I have an 1999 Disco td5 manual and want to swap an chipped td5 ecu manual from an 2000 model. Can i do this with an plug and play and do the injectors and codes with the nano com?

    Thanks

If this ecu is from the same car as the new motor then you won't need to do injector codes but it will need a security sync with lr scan tool

Do both ECU's have the same part number ? You will need to read the injector codes from the old ECU (assuming they match the codes on the injectors fitted to the engine) and write them to the new (chipped) ECU, then synchronise your BCU to the new ECU. Simple task using a Nanocom.

In that case injector codes and security learn are required, but in your other thread you said you have a 2000 model
