Sandgate eh? Lived there for a bit in the 80s. Being from Melbourne, via five years in Sydney, I couldn't understand why, when it was 38˚, no one was swimming at that beach. Found out when I tried

Took my first flying lessons at Redcliffe. Bet it's different now.

Not much has changed, except house prices. Still sleepy Sandgate, two new bridges to Redcliffe, more traffic, people look out for one another, mostly. I stopped walking up to my waist fishing after a tiger shark was caught off the Pier. No tigers now, the bull sharks ate them all. Bought a kayak , best way to get amongst the whiting. On a good day. Come to think about it, I don't have much to complain about. LG.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
